Today it's the delightful ^Astralseed, your Community Volunteer for Traditional Art
Hi ^Astralseed, tell us a little about yourself and your style of Art.
Hi I'm Katy and I am not very good at talking about myself
What is it that attracts you to Traditional Art?
Traditional art offers a lot of variety and options. There are so many different types of traditional media you can work with to literally get your hands dirty. But aside from that, traditional art is where my roots are. As a kid I started with crayons and markers and sidewalk chalk etc..

Are you a member of any dA Traditional Art Groups? If so, which?
Did you study Art at School / College / Uni? Or in your own time?
I took a few short weekend classes when I was young but aside from that I am self taught.
Which is your favourite Traditional Art piece on dA?
This is my all time favorite traditional piece on dA

Beyond the Forces by ~Bohmal47
Who are your favourite Traditional Artists of all time?
My favorite traditional artist is Joan Miro. When I was younger we went to an exhibit of his at a museum and as wacky as some of his art is, I really enjoyed it a lot.
Thank you ^Astralseed!

Check out the #ArtHistoryProject for more about Traditional Art this month and be ready for the other galleries over the next year!
